A contract renewal reminder, not a contract manager
Many small firms keep their running contracts (SaaS, telecom, leasing, insurance, hosting) in a spreadsheet, and the cancellation deadline sits in a column nobody watches. A missed deadline usually means another term on the same conditions. Noticeday is a contract renewal reminder and nothing more: you enter the end date and the notice period, it computes the last day to cancel and emails you before that day.
